Wilson–Davis Notes
A disputed set of notes dated October 16, 2002 and attributed to Eric Davis, describing an alleged conversation with retired Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson about a purported privately managed UAP retrieval and reverse-engineering program. Wilson has denied the account, and the document’s claims remain unverified. The notes were entered into the record of a May 2022 House UAP hearing.
