Limits on Velocity Recovery from the PURSUE Sensor Videos
Scientific preprint by Jacob Haqq-Misra and Ravi Kopparapu analyzing all 112 released PURSUE airborne sensor videos. The authors find that no clip contains the complete information needed to recover physical velocity and use PR113 and PR149 to demonstrate both inference degeneracy and a bounded case.
