Six objects reported at 480 mph in a declassified military infrared video show brightness flicker at bird wingbeat rates

Scientific preprint applying frame-by-frame photometry, control tests, Galileo Project animal comparisons and parallax modeling to DOW-UAP-PR135. The authors report independent 7.1–7.9 Hz brightness fluctuations and propose a nearby flock of birds as the best explanation, while identifying unredacted telemetry as capable of testing or refuting the hypothesis.
