The study trained a supervised classifier on 250 expert-labeled image pairs and deployed it across 107,875 previously identified candidates. Reported out-of-fold performance was AUC 0.81, sensitivity 0.71 and specificity 0.71.
Research finding: The authors report that nuclear-window and Earth-shadow patterns persist after model-based artifact control. These findings remain part of an active methodological dispute.
Limitation: A probability of representing a real transient is not a probability of artificial or extraterrestrial origin.

The recorded conversation preserves Kennedy's account of a transition-period approach by unnamed individuals and his statement that he later received additional briefings after entering the administration.
Attribution boundary: Kennedy described an unnamed NASA scientist, Navy SEALs and Green Berets and recounted claims involving recovery teams, calling objects in, and destroy-and-recover orders. No identities, briefing materials, operational records or recovered materials were released.
Evidence status: The source establishes what Kennedy publicly said. It does not authenticate the alleged operations or institutional participation.

The paper combines frame-by-frame photometry, constant-target controls, Galileo Project animal comparisons and parallax modeling to evaluate DOW-UAP-PR135.
Principal interpretation: The six independent brightness frequencies and viewing geometry are best explained by the authors as a nearby flock of birds. Frequency overlap and model plausibility support that hypothesis but do not conclusively identify the objects.
Falsifiability: Unredacted range, altitude, platform and sensor data could test or refute the proposed explanation.

AARO reported locating responsive records associated with five named UAP/USO incident labels, then withheld the material in full under FOIA Exemption (b)(1) and Executive Order 13526.
Evidence boundary: a responsive record can concern a named allegation without authenticating it. Classification establishes an access restriction—not extraterrestrial origin, extraordinary performance, transmedium behavior or any other unseen content.
Related public record: the associated imagery and congressional labels are distinct from the contextual records sought through FOIA.

Competing interpretations: Grusch describes the engagement as an authorized acclimatization effort; Podesta disputes that account. GreyAlien preserves the confirmed event independently from both interpretations.
Evidence boundary: A historical email proves what its author wrote—not every factual assertion embedded in the message. Confirmation of the call does not establish a covert government program.

The waiver establishes an authorized route for covered current and former personnel to provide UAP-related National Defense Information to designated PURSUE representatives and supersedes specified civil and administrative enforcement provisions in applicable NDAs and SAPIAs for those communications.
Scope: The protection is channel-specific. It does not authorize disclosure to the public or unauthorized recipients, cancel every secrecy obligation, automatically declassify information or guarantee that a submission will be released.
Evidence discipline: Government receipt, review or preservation does not authenticate every allegation submitted through the process.

The paper models cold distributed computing as a partial Dyson swarm whose unavoidable waste heat could appear at far-infrared or submillimetre wavelengths, and proposes archival plus targeted searches for the signature.
Observational discipline: Six discriminants and a three-tier search program are proposed because cold dust, debris, galaxies, line sources and instrumental effects can resemble parts of the signal.
Evidence status: This is a theoretical and observational-methodology preprint. It reports no detected Slysh halo or extraterrestrial civilization.

The authors model whether refractory particles near 0.3 microns could survive kiloparsec-scale interstellar transport over roughly 0.1–1 billion years, enter the Earth–Moon system and leave detectable material in lunar regolith.
Conditional constraint: Under the v4 undirected-debris model, a null result in approximately one cubic metre of characterized regolith could exclude scenarios in which Solar-type stars typically disperse more than about 0.10 Earth-mass equivalents of long-lived artificial particulate debris. This is a model-dependent limit—not an estimate of actual technological output.
Proposed method: Machine-vision triage and laboratory forensic analysis would screen grains against natural lunar, interplanetary and interstellar backgrounds while controlling sample provenance and human contamination.
Evidence status: The paper proposes a search and feasibility framework. It reports no extraterrestrial technology detection and did not collect or analyze the modeled cubic-metre sample.

The report aggregates European UAP submissions across national organizations, MUFON, NUFORC and Enigma Labs. It documents 38,416 available reports across 2020–2025, including 7,193 in 2025. These reporting-channel totals are not a measurement of actual anomalous activity.
Methodology: Annual and country-level totals are separated by source category so changes in platform adoption, national coverage, processing and publication can be examined before geographic or temporal comparisons are made.
Limitations: Sources are not methodologically equivalent; reports may overlap; NUFORC has a processing discontinuity around March 2023; important national inputs remain incomplete; and unresolved-case classifications are not harmonized.
Research direction: The pilot unresolved-case inventory points toward separating submission volume from investigation outcomes, but it is not a comprehensive European catalogue.

The notice describes an intended sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial subscription providing AARO digital access to proprietary pre-1990 historical UAP data, metadata and analytical products associated with NUFOHRC. It describes a one-year base period with four possible one-year options and expressly distinguishes the subscription from professional labor or advisory services.
Status: This is a notice of intent, not evidence that GreyAlien has verified a completed award. Subscription access would not transfer ownership of the physical archive.
Historical significance: The proposed access connects AARO’s government historical review with major civilian collections reportedly preserved outside federal repositories, while remaining distinct from NARA’s Record Group 615.
Evidence limitation: Preservation and government access do not authenticate every report or conclusion contained in the archive.

The authors reviewed all 112 released PURSUE airborne sensor videos and found that none provides the complete range, aircraft-motion, viewing-geometry and sensor-scale information needed to recover physical velocity. The result is a limit on what the public data can establish—not an identification of the objects and not evidence for or against anomalous craft.
PR113: A visible angular graticule constrains camera scale, but missing range and platform data allow radically different size and velocity scenarios. The paper's Mach 5 example illustrates this degeneracy; it is not a claim that the video shows a Mach 5 object.
PR149: A vessel of known size provides an in-frame reference, supporting an upper bound near Mach 0.4 on relative velocity while leaving the object's exact speed and identity unresolved.
Research implication: Unredacted telemetry, flight logs, camera metadata, range histories or correlated radar tracks are needed before claims of anomalous physical speed can be evaluated reliably.

Peer-reviewed methodological critique examining claims derived from pre-Sputnik Palomar Observatory Sky Survey photographic-plate features. For the datasets examined, the authors report no statistically significant Earth-shadow deficit and find that the reported nuclear-test timing correlation becomes insignificant after normalization by the relevant number of observation days; they also identify spatial non-uniformity, dataset inconsistencies, catalogue-star contamination, scan artifacts and plate defects as important limitations.
Methodology: The authors test assumptions used in the Earth-shadow analysis, evaluate reported linear feature clusters, inspect spatial distributions, and re-normalize the nuclear-test timing analysis using telescope observation days rather than the broader calendar interval.
Research context and limitations: The paper evaluates previously published datasets closely related to those used in the VASCO studies and does not independently establish the nature of every plate feature. VASCO researchers have disputed aspects of the critique and report separate replication or validation analyses, so GreyAlien preserves this as an active scientific dispute rather than a conclusive “debunking.”
